Die Darmstädter Sicht auf die Energiewende zeigen sieben Institute, Wissenschaftseinrichtungen und Unternehmen im Rahmen der Vortragsreihe „Energie für die Zukunft 2013“. Die Veranstaltungsserie findet im nunmehr neunten Jahr statt und wird von der Hochschule Darmstadt (h_da) und dem NATURpur Institut für Klima- und Umweltschutz veranstaltet. „Energie für die Zukunft“ findet immer montags in der Centralstation im Rahmen des „Wissenschaftstags“ statt und wird von Prof. Dr.-Ing. Lothar Petry von der Hochschule Darmstadt moderiert. Beginn ist jeweils um 19 Uhr.
Am 20. Januar spricht Dr. Ingo Peter, Pressesprecher der GSI Helmholtzzentrum für Schwerionenforschung GmbH, Darmstadt, zum Thema: "Alles Energie - Energie ist alles
Wie Physiker am Teilchenbeschleuniger GSI und FAIR arbeiten ".
