In der Telekommunikationsindustrie hat sich die enhanced Telecom Operations Map (eTOM) als Referenzmodell etabliert.
Der Vortrag gibt eine Einführung zu eTOM und zeigt deren Anwendung anhand von konkreten Projektbeispielen.
Dr.-Ing. Christian Czarnecki ist auf Unternehmenstransformationen und Prozess Reengineering in der Telekommunikationsindustrie spezialisiert. Er hat umfangreiche Projekterfahrungen im Mittleren Osten,Nordafrika und Europa. Darüber hinaus ist er aktiv beim TM Forum in die Weiterentwicklung des Industriestandards eTOM involviert. Er ist Autor wissenschaftlicher Publikationen zu Referenzmodellen, Unternehmensarchitekturen und Next Generation Networks.
In 2013 erfolgte die Promotion zum Doktoringenieur an der Otto-von-Guericke-Universität Magdeburg.
Der Vortrag findet am 04. Februar 2014, ab 13:45 im Raum A1.24 der Hochschule für Telekommunikation Leipzig (HfTL) statt.
