PANOS Meeting der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Elektronenmikroskopie

The motto of the meeting is “Is the scanning mode the future of electron microscopy in life-science?”

Scanning electron microscopy has been treated like the red-headed stepchild of EM in the past. It has, however, recently gained enormous attention, since methods like FIB/SEM tomography, slice and view, STEM tomography, array tomography and others have become very valuable and important tools in cell biology, neurology and other fields of life science.

This year’s PANOS meeting will be taking place on April 3rd-4th at Ulm University. We will meet on the evening of April 3rd in downtown Ulm for dinner and small talk. The scientific part of the meeting will take place on April 4th at Ulm University. For program, up-to-date information about traveling and Hotels and for registration please visit our homepage.

Coherent groups of words will be located as complete phrases if you put them into quotation marks, e.g. “Federal Republic of Germany”.
