Wie fördert man junge und angehende Lehrerinnen und Lehrer darin, Mathematik sinnstiftend und erfolgreich zu lehren? Das sind die Herausforderungen vor der alle Lehreraus- und -fortbildende stehen. Auf der ersten Bundestagung des Deutschen Zentrums für Lehrerbildung Mathematik (DZLM) für Lehreraus- und -fortbilder (z.B. Fachleitungen, Multiplikatorinnen und Multiplikatoren) stellt das vielköpfige KOSIMA-Team seine übergreifenden Konzepte sowie konkreten Erfahrungen und Materialien vor. Konkrete Aus- und Fortbildungsmaterialien, praxiserprobte Modelle der Unterrichtsplanung und kollegialer Austausch in gediegener Atmosphäre im Herzen und über den Dächern von Köln stehen im Zentrum der Tagung.
