Der Film handelt von den Protesten im Jahr 2013 in Brasilien, während derer mehrere Millionen Menschen auf die Straßen gingen: Er dokumentiert den Zeitraum von dem Einmarsch in das Indian Museum bis zum Besuch des Papstes Ende Juli 2013 und damit das Ende der Proteste. Fokus des Films ist der Medienkrieg, der einerseits die Manipulation durch die neuen Medien und andererseits deren Aufschwung gegenüberstellt.
