In drei Vorträgen wird das Themenfeld Eco-Innovation umfassend präsentiert. Im ersten Teil erfolgen eine Darstellung von Eco-Innovation aus politischer Sicht sowie eine Übersicht der deutschen und europäischen Förderlandschaft. Im zweiten Vortrag wird das Projekt ECO-INNOVERA dargestellt. Es hat die EU-weite Förderung von Öko-Innovationen in Forschung & Entwicklung zum Ziel. Im dritten Teil werden Best-Practices von Unternehmen aus verschiedenen Bereichen vorgestellt.
Der Projektträger Jülich (PtJ) koordiniert das ERA-Net im Auftrag der Europäischen Kommission sowie des Bundesministeriums für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF) und ist Veranstalter der Session.
