Ausgehend von einem Negativ-Szenario "Rad 0.0 - Radlerlöcher und Sanierungsstaus, Radverkehr, wie er nicht sein darf", möchte die Veranstaltung hinführen zu ei nem Szenario "Rad 4.0 - Multimodal, Zero Emission, Zero Accident und High End".
