European Elections Night: Where is the EU heading after the Elections?

Keynote and discussion with Javier Solana, former EU High Representative for Foreign and Security Policy

Moderated by Gregor Peter Schmitz, DER SPIEGEL’s Brussels Correspondent.

Over 400 million Europeans are entitled to vote in this year’s European Elections making it the biggest direct democratic election in the world. On 25 May 2014 the Hertie School of Governance will open its doors for an exclusive European Elections Night in Berlin with leading European and German policy makers.

Doors will open at 5.30 p.m. The keynote and discussion will start at 7.30 p.m. The evening’s programme will be open-ended with ongoing tracking of the election results.
In cooperation with the European Commission Representation in Germany and European Movement Germany.
