In der Telekommunikationsindustrie haben sich für Daten und Applikationen die Referenzmodelle SID und TAM etablisert. Der Vortrag gibt eine Einführung zu SID und TAM und zeigt deren Anwendung anhand von konkreten Projektbeispielen.
Dr.-Ing. Christian Czarnecki arbeitet als Managing Consultant bei der Detecon International GmbH und ist auf Unternehmenstransformationen und Prozess Reengineering in der Telekommunikationsindustrie spezialisiert. Er hat umfangreiche Projekterfahrungen im Mittleren Osten, Nordafrika und Europa. Darüber hinaus ist er aktiv beim TM Forum in die Weiterentwicklung des Industriestandards eTOM involviert. Er ist Autor wissenschaftlicher Publikationen zu Referenzmodellen, Unternehmensarchitekturen und Next Generation Networks. In 2013 erfolgte die Promotion zum Doktoringenieur an der Otto-von-Guericke-Universität Magdeburg.
