Im August bietet die IPU erstmalig einen vierwöchigen Sommerkurs für ausländische Studierende an. Sie finden in deutscher Sprache statt und dienen dazu, Vokabular, grammatische Strukturen und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf höherem Mittelstufenniveau (B 2 / C 1) auszubauen und zu festigen.
Inhaltlich nehmen die Kurse Texte, Literatur und Phänomene rund um das Thema Psychologie/Psychoanalyse unter die Lupe; dies jedoch nicht nur im Klassenzimmer – sondern auch bei Exkursionen zu Recherchen an den Originalschauplätzen in Kunst und Psychoanalyse in der "Psychopolis Berlin".
