Das Forum Kunststoffgeschichte gliedert sich in insgesamt fünf Themengruppen: Kunststoffgeschichtliche Sammlungen (1), Industriegeschichtlich relevante Fragestellungen (2), Kunststoffe in Kunst und Design (3), Konservierung und Restaurierung von und mit Kunststoffen (4)) sowie Biopolymere Materalien und Design (5). An der Podiumsdiskussion "Bioplastics - Designing with an Upcoming Material" beteiligen sich namhafte Expertinnen und Experten.
