Wer wird künftig über Krieg und Frieden entscheiden? Gibt es heute ähnliche politische Konstellationen wie 1914, vor Ausbruch des 1. Weltkrieges? Wo liegen gefährliche Brennpunkte? Welche Rolle spielen territoriale, wirtschaftliche, rüstungspolitische Interessen? Und wie können künftige Kriege verhindert werden?
