IHP and PUT offer an unique and exciting week with application-orientated lectures in the fields of System Design, Circuit Design, Technology and Materials Research. Furthermore you receive insights into laboratories (e.g. FIB, TEM, XRD, Raman, MBE), IHP’s state-of-the-art pilot line in a 1,000 m2 class-1 clean room, the “Bio-Medical-Center” and “Greater Poland Center of Advanced Technology” in Poznań. Our social activities complete the varied program.
Information on participating / attending:
We welcome applications from excellent master students in natural sciences and engineering with a strong interest in micro- and nanoelectronics. We accept students from all German and Polish universities.
