Die deutschen und polnischen Wissenschaftler präsentieren die Forschungserkenntnisse des Projekts, das aus Mitteln der Deutsch-Polnischen Wissenschaftsstiftung gefördert wird. Das Thema „Frauen und Unternehmertum“ wird dabei im Kontext der Migrations- und Integrationsprozesse beleuchtet. In der abschließenden Podiumsdiskussion diskutieren polnische und deutsche Unternehmerinnen mit Experten über Erfolgsfaktoren unternehmerischer Tätigkeit von Frauen im anderskulturellen Umfeld.
