Dr. Heiner Flassbeck will give a key note on "Trade, environment protection and the monetary system - international cooperation is key but hard to achieve" at the German Development Institute / Deutsches Institut für Entwicklungspolitik (DIE) in Bonn.
Dr. Heiner Flassbeck is former State Secretary (Vice Minister) at the German Federal Ministry of Finance, former Chief Macroeconomist at the German Institute for Economic Research (DIW) in Berlin and former Director of the Division on Globalisation and Development Strategies at UNCTAD in Geneva.
