In diesem Jahr haben insgesamt fünfzehn Absolventinnen und Absolventen des Bachelorstudiengangs der Betriebswirtschaftslehre sowie des Masterstudiengangs Banking and Financial Management ihre Bachelor- bzw. Master-Thesen zur Begutachtung eingereicht. Die Jury des Banking Award Liechtenstein besteht aus zwei Professoren der Universität Liechtenstein, einem externen Professor (Technical University of Denmark) sowie drei durch den Liechtensteinischen Bankenverband bestellten Praxisexperten.
Die Veranstaltung wird in diesem Jahr abgerundet durch einen Festvortrag von Herrn Robert Priester, Deputy CEO des Europäischen Bankenverbandes, Brüssel, zum Thema
"The European Supervisory Structure - challenges and experiences so far".
Robert Priester ist tätig als Deputy CEO des Europäischen Bankenverbandes, Executive Director Wholesale and Regulatory Policy Department. Zuvor war er tätig für EFAMA, InsuranceEurope und European Savings Banks. Er studierte International Law an der Universität Leiden/Niederlande.
