Vortragsreihe der Frankfurter Geographischen Gesellschaft zum Thema „Die aktuellen Auswirkungen des Klimawandels“ ein. Die Vorträge richten sich auch an ein interessiertes Laienpublikum.
Die Frankfurter Geographische Gesellschaft, gegründet am 9. Dezember 1836 als "Geographischer Verein zu Frankfurt am Main" von Frankfurter Bürgern, ist die zweitälteste geographische Gesellschaft in Deutschland und die viertälteste der Welt. Sie ist eng mit den geographischen Instituten am Fachbereich Geowissenschaften/Geographie der Goethe-Universität Frankfurt verknüpft.
