Chirale Amine sind chemische Verbindungen, die als Bausteine für viele Medikamente eine zentrale Bedeutung für deren Wirksamkeit haben. Experten aus dem In- und Ausland werden bei der internationalen Tagung (Transam 2.0 - Chiral Amines Through (Bio)Catalysis) am Institut für Biochemie neueste chemische und enzymatische Verfahren vorstellen und diskutieren, die es erlauben diese Wirkstoffe bzw. deren Bausteine effizienter und umweltfreundlicher herstellen zu können.
