In diesem Seminar wird der Ablauf von Projekten im Anlagenbau von der Vertriebsphase bis hin zur Abnahme und Nachbetreuung analysiert. Die Teilnehmer lernen kritische Phasen zu erkennen und Lösungen zu entwickeln. Dabei wird der gesamte Projektablauf aus den unterschiedlichen Sichtweisen der beteiligten Akteure betrachtet.
Anhand von Praxisbeispielen werden Projektmanagement-Methoden diskutiert und die Chancen und Risiken erläutert.
