Die Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) hat Ende vergangenen Jahres ein neues Graduiertenkolleg zum Thema „Adaptive Informationsaufbereitung aus heterogenen Quellen“ unter der Federführung der TU Darmstadt bewilligt. Das Forschungs- und Qualifizierungsprogramm für Doktorandinnen und Doktoranden hat eine Laufzeit von zunächst viereinhalb Jahren und wird mit rund vier Millionen Euro gefördert.
Beteiligt am neuen Graduiertenkolleg sind außerdem die Universität Heidelberg und das Heidelberger Institut für Theoretische Studien gGmbH. Der Fachbereich Media der Hochschule Darmstadt ist enger Kooperationspartner im Bereich Online-Journalismus.
