Gemeinsam mit der Stiftung DHD lädt das Klinikum Karlsburg zum Update Diabetes und Herz am 09. Mai 2015 in Stolpe bei Anklam (Mecklenburg-Vorpommern) ein. Die Behandlung an der Schnittstelle von Stoffwechsel- und Gefäßmedizin soll im Fokus stehen. Zentrale Themen der Fortbildung werden Plasmamedizin, Zelltherapie, Herztod, Kardiomyopathie und Vorhofflimmern sein. Die Veranstaltung richtet sich an Ärzte aus Praxis und Klinik, die an konzeptbasierter Medizin und fachübergreifender Versorgung von Patienten interessiert sind.
