Wir alle verfolgen persönliche Projekte: Wir haben Hobbies, Berufe, Beziehungen und andere Ziele, die uns besonders wichtig sind. Welche normative Bedeutung haben derartige Projekte für uns und für unser Leben, das wir führen?
Der Vortrag wird zunächst einen angemessen Begriff persönlicher Projekte verteidigen. Vor dem Hintergrund eines Verständnisses der Natur persönlicher Projekte wird anschliessend näher ausgeführt, worin der distinkte Wert persönlicher Projekte besteht und wie sich ihre damit zusammenhängende, besondere normative Kraft angemessen und im Gegensatz zu rivalisierenden Vorschlägen verstehen lässt.
