Im Fraunhofer inHaus in Duisburg werden etwa 200 Teilnehmer aus Wissenschaft, Wirtschaft und Politik erwartet, darunter Vorstände von Ford und Deutscher Bahn. NRW-Verkehrsminister Michael Groschek eröffnet die Veranstaltung.
40 Referenten berichten über neue Entwicklungen weltweit in der Batterie- und Brennstoffzellentechnik; sie diskutieren neue Antriebe und alternative Kraftstoffe, Assistenzsysteme und autonomes Fahren, blicken auf Logistiktrends sowie die Märkte in Asien und Afrika. Außerdem sprechen sie über Car-Sharing und grüne Verkehrsstrategien für Großstädte.
