Ziel des Forums ist es, Entwickler, Hersteller und Anwender von Inhaltsstoffen, Naturstoffen mit Vertretern aus verschiedenen Wirtschaftssektoren wie Lebensmittel, Kosmetika, Verpackungsmaterialien und Textil zusammenzuführen.
Die Themenschwerpunkte sind:
• Trends und Perspektiven für funktionelle Inhaltsstoffe
• Identifizierung und Gewinnung von Inhaltsstoffen für Food und Kosmetik
• Bioaktivität, moderne Analytik und Food Safety
• Freisetzungssysteme und Barrierebeschichtung – Anwendungen in Verpackung und Textil
• 3D-Food Printing und Industrie 4.0-Konzepte im Lebensmittelsektor
Das Vortragsprogramm wird ergänzt durch eine Fach- und Posterausstellung.
Das Kooperationsforum wird unterstützt durch das Bayerische Staatsministerium für Wirtschaft und Medien, Energie und Technologie.
