The event is organised jointly by the Research Unit in Law at the University of Luxembourg and the Centre for the Law of EU External Relations at the T.M.C. Asser Instituut, The Hague. The conference is co-chaired by Prof. Matthew Happold of the University of Luxembourg and Prof. Mads Andenas of the University of Oslo.

The conference is hosted from 9.30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on 1 and 2 October at the University of Luxembourg’s Weicker Building, Meeting room B001 (ground floor), 4 rue Alphonse Weicker at Luxembourg-Kirchberg.
