Ziel der Arbeit der niedersächsischen Eine-Welt-Promotorin Ilka Wäsche ist es, die globalen Auswirkungen der Landwirtschaft für Niedersachsen in unserer Gesellschaft transparenter zu machen und lokale Alternativen aufzuzeigen.
In ihrem Vortrag wird es darum gehen, wie viel Einfluss unsere Ernährung auf Landwirtschaft und Regionalentwicklung hat, welche Handlungsoptionen jedem offen stehen und welche Trends in Richtung "regionale Ernährungs- und Entwicklungssysteme" sich gerade abzeichnen.
