Das Handy ist aus unserem Alltag nicht mehr wegzudenken: telefonieren, Kurznachrichten austauschen, fotografieren, filmen, Termine planen, im Internet surfen, Nachrichten lesen, Filme schauen, Musik hören, spielen und vieles mehr. Wir sind immer online, immer erreichbar. Für viele ist ein Tag ohne Handy undenkbar. Wohin entwickelt sich unser Mediengebrauch und unser Kommunikationverhalten? Wo liegt die Grenze zwischen sinnvoller Nutzung und Sucht? Gibt es messbare Belastungen und Schäden durch die Mobilkommunikation?
