Um die Früherkennung und die Behandlung von Lebererkrankungen sowie die Versorgung von Patienten mitLebererkrankungen zu verbessern, wurde die Deutsche Leberstiftung 2006 gegründet. Zum zehnjährigen Bestehen bietet die Stiftung am 1. Dezember 2016 ein Arzt-Patienten-Seminar in Berlin an.
