Die Digitalisierung wirkt sich in den kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen (KMU) auch auf den Arbeitsalltag, die Mitarbeiterführung und den Arbeitsschutz aus. Im Rahmen des Kongresses "Prävention 4.0" am 7. Dezember 2016 in Berlin werden Gestaltungskriterien für eine Prävention 4.0 sowie aktuelle Forschungserkenntnis präsentiert. Außerdem stellen das Handwerk und die Sozialpartner ihre Anforderungen an die neuen Entwicklungen vor.
