In the next decades the question of gender equality in business leadership will be deeply affected by the process of digitalization. Traditional hierarchies might be replaced by flexible and agile structures and digital work processes is also creating opportunities for female leaders and entrepreneurs.
Key questions:
• What can we do to really make a difference in gender equality?
• How can we change the way of thinking finally within the C-Level?
• What expect companies from female leaders today?
• Will digitalization be the key factor to close the gender gap?
• Will companies have a higher demand of female skills in a digital world?
For the discussion, we invited the following experts:
• Judith Hübner - Director HR Business Partner & Business Center | Coca-Cola European Partners Deutschland GmbH
• Dr. Lena Baisch - Cluster Demand Lead Central & Eastern Europe | Zoetis and Alumna Executive MBA, Class 2013
• Meike Müller - Fellow Partner | goodpoint. Fellows GmbH
• Robert Franken - Digitale Potentialentfaltung Consulting Digital Business

You can use brackets to separate combinations from each other, e.g. (Philo not logy) or (Psycho and logy).
Coherent groups of words will be located as complete phrases if you put them into quotation marks, e.g. “Federal Republic of Germany”.
You can also use the advanced search without entering search terms. It will then follow the criteria you have selected (e.g. country or subject area).
If you have not selected any criteria in a given category, the entire category will be searched (e.g. all subject areas or all countries).
