As an interface, ISPA 2017 is enabling information exchange on market requirements, research interests and current results, skills and resources as well as facilitating partnerships. Engineers, designers, and managers are invited to lecture on their state-of-the-art developments and future prospects or display their products and offers as exhibitor.
The conference including the lectures, an IKTS lab tour and dinner will be held on September 14 and 15, 2017. The open workshop “Fraunhofer Industry Day Smart Materials" is offered on September, 13, 2017 (participation is free of charge, German language). Both events are complemented by the ISPA industrial exhibition.
Call for Papers
The ISPA will include invited lectures and contributed papers. Authors of conference papers are kindly requested to submit an abstract (max. 250 words, pdf or word file) by e-mail to ispa@ikts.fraunhofer.de no later than April 18, 2017.
The topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
- Piezoelectric materials and devices
- Solutions and customer requirements concerning: Control and positioning tasks, Measuring tasks, Decentralized power supply of devices, Materials treatment, Sound and vibration applications
- R&D services concerning: Electronics, Modeling, characterization, reliability, Systems integration
- Market and future development
