BIMaterial: „BIM-basierter materieller Gebäudepass“

In diesem Vortrag wird das Forschungsprojekt „BIMaterial“ vorgestellt, welches zum Ziel hat ein Framework für die automatisierte Erstellung des materiellen Gebäudepasses mit Hilfe von BIM zu entwickeln. Durch die Ankopplung an unterschiedliche Ökoindikatoren-Datenbanken soll als „Nebenprodukt“ ein Ökobilanzierungswerkzeug entstehen, da durch die genaue Massen- und Mengenermittlung sowie Verortung der Baustoffe und Materialien eine automatisierte Erstellung der Ökobilanz leicht möglich ist.
