Es werden Best Practices u.a. aus Unternehmen des Maschinen- und Werkzeugbaus vorgestellt, wie Lösungen für die Echtzeitdaten-Betriebsführung, die vorausschauende Wartung, die Nutzung von Betriebsdaten zur Konstruktionsoptimierung, das mittels Virtual Reality gestützte Training sowie die durch Augmented Reality unterstützten Betriebsszenarien.
