The objective of the 3rd ICLPT is to identify trends, synergies and challenges between these different disciplines in order to explore new and innovative solutions for complex scientific, technical and real-world problems. The conference aims to achieve better understanding of the manifold interdependencies between these research fields.
The scope of the conference is on (but not limited to) the following interdisciplinary topics related to production, logistics and traffic:
Intermodal transport and logistics hubs
Supply chain and supply network management
Production management
Logistics systems
Intralogistics and warehousing
Transport policy and governance principles
Freight transport demand modelling/management
Traffic control and management
Humanitarian logistics
Commercial transport
Practitioners, politicians,representatives of public authorities and researchers from production, logistics and traffic are cordially invited to join and benefit from the conference as a platform for knowledge-exchange and transfer. Furthermore, there is plenty of opportunity to network, especially at the conference dinner which will be hosted at the end of the first conference day.
During the conference, distinguished speakers will address selected interdisciplinary topics in four keynotes. Additionally, designated innovative research and practice approaches will be presented in 30-minute talks during three parallel sessions per conference day. Afterwards, the best contributions to the conference will be awarded.
Information on participating / attending:
Fees cover all expenses except for travel and accommodation.
Undergraduate students: 150 Euro; researchers/PhD students/public authorities: 300 Euro; practitioners 500 Euro
