Im Rahmen seiner unter dem Titel "Borders in the Age of Networks" stehenden Gastdozentur am Jakob-Fugger-Zentrum der Universität Augsburg bietet Achille Mbembe, einer der derzeit wichtigsten und prominentesten Theoretiker des Postkolonialismus, u. a. auch einen Workshop zum Thema "Decolonizing Knowledge" für fortgeschrittene Studierende der Universität Augsburg an, bei dem - soweit die Platzkapzität dies zulässt – auch interessierte Studentinnen und Studenten anderer Universitäten willkommen sind.
