Sie ist verantwortlich für eine fortschreitende Erosion fruchtbarer Böden, Wasserknappheit und Insektensterben. Denn es werden jährlich ein Drittel der produzierten Lebensmittel entlang der Wertschöpfungskette weggeworfen. Was aber kann getan werden gegen Lebensmittelverschwendung?
