As both research areas are of great importance for Nestlé, Nestlé Research is hosting both events to present and to share national and international scientific work of key research institutes in these research fields.
The section on “Lebensmittelverfahrenstechnik” will be divided up around specific topics, e.g. processing and sensory of milk and dairy analogues, prebiotics and probiotics, fermentation, foam and emulsion technologies as well as further food technology relevant topics. Key lectures will be introduced by Prof.-ing. Stefan Palzer, Head of Innovation, Technology and R&D, CTO Nestlé. The section on “Agglomeration und Schüttguttechnik” will be framed by topics around fundamental science on bulk solid mechanics and powder technologies as well practical applications.
