Der Blick nach China lässt erahnen, wie ein totalitärer Weg aussehen könnte. Es gehört deshalb zu den Herausforderungen und Chancen in der Digitalisierung, dass mit der Festlegung auf Smart City Konzepte auch die Demokratie kontinuierlich neu verhandelt werden muss. Das interdisziplinär besetzte Symposium diskutiert, wie wir die Instrumente des digitalen Zeitalters für unsere Zukunft formen können.
