Following the success of the last few years, IPSDS and SAP Next-Gen will once again bring together leading data science experts from industry, business and science on the occasion of the unique tech conference "Women in Data Science". The aim of the initiative is to support women in an otherwise male-dominated field and to inspire, bring together, and train data experts worldwide, regardless of their gender.
Organized for the first time at Stanford University in late 2015, the former local conference has since developed into a global initiative. The third edition features conferences in Stanford and more than 150 other locations around the world.
This year, the following speakers will give a speech at the Woman and Data Science Conference Mannheim/Walldorf:
• Julia Krönung
Professor of Information Systems, EBS Business School
• Katrin Lehmann
Senior Vice President S/4HANA Cloud Data Management, SAP
• Iris Heckmann
Principal, Camelot ITLab
• Cosima Meyer

• Simona Marincei

• Tatjana Schröder

About the International Program in Survey and Data Science (IPSDS)
IPSDS is a project funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) in order to establish an online study program in survey methodology and data science for working professionals. Excellent teachers from top universities and institutions from around the world, a modular and multidisciplinary curriculum, and a web-based learning environment with small class sizes are features distinguishing this program and making it particularly attractive. Core project partners are the University of Mannheim (Germany) and the University of Maryland (USA).

You can combine search terms with and, or and/or not, e.g. Philo not logy.
You can use brackets to separate combinations from each other, e.g. (Philo not logy) or (Psycho and logy).
Coherent groups of words will be located as complete phrases if you put them into quotation marks, e.g. “Federal Republic of Germany”.
You can also use the advanced search without entering search terms. It will then follow the criteria you have selected (e.g. country or subject area).
If you have not selected any criteria in a given category, the entire category will be searched (e.g. all subject areas or all countries).
