The aim of the Summer School “Enabling DRES to offer Ancillary Services” is to present new methods for controlling the Distributed Renewable Energy Sources (DRES), which are connected in a distribution grid, so that they can offer a number of existing and new ancillary services (AS) following a bottom-up approach: from DRES to distribution systems and from distribution systems to transmission systems. In addition, methods for aggregating frequency related AS in order to be offered to the transmission sys-tem are presented. Fundamental as well as advanced concepts are covered.
The Summer School is hosted by:
• Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece
• Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Seville, Spain
• TU Delft, The Netherlands

You can combine search terms with and, or and/or not, e.g. Philo not logy.
You can use brackets to separate combinations from each other, e.g. (Philo not logy) or (Psycho and logy).
Coherent groups of words will be located as complete phrases if you put them into quotation marks, e.g. “Federal Republic of Germany”.
You can also use the advanced search without entering search terms. It will then follow the criteria you have selected (e.g. country or subject area).
If you have not selected any criteria in a given category, the entire category will be searched (e.g. all subject areas or all countries).
