In der Veranstaltung werden Informationen zum Thema „Fachkräfteanwerbung aus dem Ausland“ vermittelt und es wird aufgezeigt, welche Möglichkeiten das neue Fachkräfteeinwanderungsgesetz bietet. Zudem werden die Anwerbeprogramme für ausländisches Pflegepersonal der Zentralen Auslands- und Fachvermittlung ebenso wie das Programm „INGA Pflege Philippinen“ und das neue Gütesiegel „Faire Anwerbung Pflege Deutschland“ vorgestellt.
Personalverantwortliche aus der Pflegebranche berichten von ihren eigenen Rekrutierungserfahrungen, über die Zusammenarbeit mit Personaldienstleistern und über die betriebliche Integration des neugewonnenen Personals.
Zielgruppe sind kleine und mittlere Unternehmen aus der Region Prignitz, Ostprignitz-Ruppin, Oberhavel, Havelland, Uckermark und Barnim.
Die Veranstaltung ist Teil der kostenlosen Online-Veranstaltungsreihe „Fachkräftesicherung für Ihren Betrieb“. Sie wird gemeinsam von IQ – Informationszentrums für Fachkräfteeinwanderung Nord und West, bea-Brandenburg, Vielfalt als Chance, IQ Servicestelle Qualifizierung – berufliche Qualifizierung im Kontext der Anerkennung, dem IQ-Teilprojekt „Kompetenzfeststellung und Qualifizierung im dualen Bereich“ sowie dem International Talent Service der Wirtschaftsförderung Land Brandenburg durchgeführt.
