Felicitas Hoppe, geboren 1960 in Hameln, schreibt Erzählungen und Romane. Abenteuerliches und Märchenhaftes verbindet sich in ihren Texten mit einer selbstironischen autofiktionalen Erzählhaltung. Das Thema „Religion“ durchzieht alle ihre von Fabulierlust und einem gewitzten Spiel mit der Sprache geprägten Texte. Am Exzellenzcluster liest Felicitas Hoppe u. a. aus Picknick der Friseure (1996), ihrem Roman Johanna (2006) und aus Fährmann, hol über! Oder wie man das Johannesevangelium pfeift (2021).
