Maskottchen TU-Lino begrüßt interessierte Mädchen und Jungen zu den beiden Kindervorlesungen. Um 9.30 Uhr erklärt der Freiberger Professor Ulrich Prahl, wie Dinge in die gewünschte Form gebracht werden können. Die Vorlesung "Kekse, Nudeln, Cola-Dose - alles flott in Form gebracht" eignet sich für Kinder ab 6 Jahren und Familien.
Um 10.30 Uhr gibt es spannende astronomische Experimente für die ganze Familie von und mit Jo Hecker. Der aus dem WDR-Hörfunk bekannte Reporter begeistert das junge Publikum mit seiner Experimentalvorlesung "Ab ins All" für die Wissenschaft.
