In Norddeutschland und Skandinavien findet die Archäologie immer mehr prähistorische Kochsteingruben, die oft in langen Reihen oder regelmäßigen Mustern angelegt sind. Viele stammen aus der späten Bronzezeit vor etwa 3000 Jahren.
Doch wozu dienten sie? Das untersucht der Exzellenzcluster ROOTS mit einer Grabung in Mang de Bargen, Bornhöved (Kreis Segeberg).
Am 23.3. sind interessierte Menschen herzlich eingeladen, den Forschenden über die Schulter zu schauen und sich über aktuelle archäologische Arbeit zu informieren.
