15th International Conference on Synchrotron Radiation Instrumentation (#SRI2024)

International Conference on Synchrotron Radiation Instrumentation (SRI) is a unique, large and the most significant international forum held every three years in the community of synchrotron radiation (SR) and free electron laser (XFEL). It is the prime forum to highlight connections between synchrotron radiation instrumentation, science, and society.

The International Conference on Synchrotron Radiation Instrumentation (SRI) is a successful conference series continuing for over 40 years, organised by the community of worldwide synchrotron radiation and X-ray free electron laser facilities.

This 15th SRI conference will again be hosted by Deutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron (DESY) and the European XFEL.

The SRI conferences are important for the worldwide community to share key experiences in scientific and technical developments. Having timely access to the latest information and new ideas is of crucial importance for the future development of all light sources, the development of the field as a whole as well as for the economic and political development of participating countries.

Along the conference an industry exhibition is scheduled. Further details will be published soon.

Information on participating / attending:
Registration will open on 25 March 2024 and is possible until 31 July 2024 (registration deadline).

Please note that the registration process will be handled by Interplan Congress Management.

Conference fees:

Early bird fee: EUR 850.- (Deadline 1 June 2024)
Student fee: EUR 500.-
Late registration: EUR 1150.-

The conference fee encompasses the participation in the conference according the published timetable, coffee breaks (Tuesday - Friday), light lunch (Tuesday - Friday), reception (Monday evening), site visits (Monday afternoon).

Participation in the Conference Dinner (Thursday evening): EUR 60.-

Participation may be cancelled free of charge via letter, fax or email up to 3 months before the event. When cancelling less than 3 months but at least 14 days before the event, the participant must pay half of the event fee. When cancelling less than 14 days before the event, the participant must pay the entire fee, even in case of non-participation or temporary participation.
