Unter dem Motto "Innovationsmanagement in der Biotechnologie" richtet diese Veranstaltung ihren Fokus auf die essenzielle Verknüpfung von Talentförderung und Innovationsmanagement in biotechnologischen Unternehmen und Institutionen.
Vertreter:innen von BioNTech und Novo Nordisk diskutieren in verschiedenen Keynotes Ansätze und Best Practices, die die Innovationskraft in der Biotechnologie stärken können. Dabei wird insbesondere auf die erforderlichen Kompetenzen von (zukünftigen) Talenten sowie geeignete Strategien zur Schaffung der notwendigen Rahmenbedingungen eingegangen.
Der Austausch kann abschließend beim Get-together in entspannter Atmosphäre fortgesetzt werden.
