Tokenizing Sustainability: Carbon Credits, Accountability, and ESG in Supply Chains

The “Tokenization of Voluntary Carbon Credits” is the key topic of a conference at Frankfurt School on 7 June. What are voluntary carbon credits? And what are their use cases? Economic aspects, legal questions or the application of Blockchain in carbon markets are going to be addressed. The conference will present interim results of the TOSCA (=Tokenizing Sustainability - Carbon Credits, Accountability, and ESG in Supply Chains) project group from economics, business administration, and law.

The “Tokenization of Voluntary Carbon Credits” is the key topic of a conference at Frankfurt School on 7 June. What are voluntary carbon credits? And what are their use cases? Economic aspects, legal questions or the application of Blockchain in carbon markets are going to be addressed. The conference will present interim results of the TOSCA (=Tokenizing Sustainability - Carbon Credits, Accountability, and ESG in Supply Chains) project group from economics, business administration, and law. Academics as well as business experts, representatives from supervisory bodies and lawyers will share their findings and insights.

The conference is open to the general public and hosted by the Frankfurt School Blockchain Center and further Hessian universities spearheaded by the Zentrum verantwortungsbewusste Digitalisierung (ZEVEDI).
