Eröffnet wird die Veranstaltung mit einem gemeinsamen Talk von Daniela Schmitt, Ministerin für Wirtschaft, Verkehr, Landwirtschaft und Weinbau des Landes Rheinland-Pfalz, Prof. Dr. Heiko Weckmüller, Vizepräsident für Transfer und regionale Entwicklung an der Hochschule Koblenz, sowie Dr. Normann Pankratz, Vorstandsmitglied der Debeka Gruppe. Anschließend erfolgt die Ehrung der Regional- und Landespreisträgerinnen und -preisträger. Zudem stellt Dr. Daniel Friemert, ehemaliger Preisträger des Ideenwettbewerbs sowie CEO und Chief Development Officer der VIMETRA GmbH, ein Best-Practice-Beispiel vor.
