Die Erinnerung an Johanna und Eduard Arnhold fühlt sich die Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz auf besondere Weise verbunden. Deshalb hat die SPK die Initiative des Erinnerungsvereins sehr unterstützt: Seit November 2024 trägt der Platz vor dem Eingang zu den Museen am Kulturforum den Namen dieses bedeutenden jüdischen Ehepaares, das viel für die Kunststadt Berlin und Deutschland getan hat. Am 17. Juli 2025 wird nun ebendort eine Gedenkstele enthüllt, die über Leben und Wirken der Arnholds informiert, die ehemals im Tiergartenviertel lebten.
