Vom 10. bis 21. November 2025 findet in Belém, Brasilien, die 30. UNFCCC-Vertragsstaatenkonferenz (COP30) statt. Sie bringt Teilnehmende aus Politik, Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft und Zivilgesellschaft zusammen. Auf der begleitenden Klimamesse lädt das Bundesministerium für Forschung, Technologie und Raumfahrt (BMFTR) zum Science for Action Evening im Deutschen Pavillon ein.
Unter dem Motto „International cooperation in climate change research: building data, trust, and momentum for change“ steht der „Global Mutirão“ als Leitmotiv der brasilianischen COP-Präsidentschaft im Zentrum. Die Veranstaltung bietet eine Plattform zur Diskussion über die Herausforderungen und Möglichkeiten der internationalen Kooperation in der Klimaforschung.
Dieses Side Event wird auf der Plattform www.german-climate-pavilion.de live gestreamt und steht anschließend als Aufzeichnung zur Verfügung.
